  • 1. What does Jomate do?
     

    Jomate is an AI assistant built for people who work on the tools — tradies, techs, and anyone doing hands-on field work.
    It helps you quickly create job notes, job prep checklists, status updates, and dilapidation reports without all the paperwork.

    There’s also an optional Electrician & Data Tech Pack with extra AI smarts for electrical, comms, and data-centre work.

  • 2. How can it help me in my work?
     

    Jomate gives you quick, practical tips on how to tackle the job in front of you.
    It can suggest best-practice steps, help you work faster, and even give guidance on quoting similar jobs. In short — it helps you get the job done smoother, save time, and make more money on each job.

  • 3. I already use a Job Management System — what’s different?
     

    Jomate doesn’t replace your Job Management System (JMS) like SimPRO or Tradify — it works alongside it.
    Think of it as an AI “sidekick” that handles the annoying admin, writes reports for you, and gives you faster, cleaner job documentation.

    We also offer integration options so Jomate can feed clean job info back into your JMS.

  • 4. Can I use Jomate on my phone or computer?
     

    Yes, Jomate is available for both mobile and desktop users. Its been tested on a range of both mobile and desktop devices and operating system combinations. It may have compatibility issues with Operating Systems greater than 2 years old.

  • 5. What is the purpose of Jomate AI Assistant?
     

    Jomate AI helps field workers save time on admin and stay organised on the job.
    It automates job notes, job prep, and status reports, and gives you smart AI insights from photos, voice notes, and text.

    For sparkies and data/comms techs, there’s an optional Electrical & DC Service Pack, which includes extra tools and AI models tailored to electrical and data-centre work.

  • 6. Can I use the app across multiple devices?
     

    Yes, you can log in on multiple devices, and your data will sync automatically.

  • 7. Is the app available on both iOS and Android?
     

    The app is web-based, so it's available at jomate.ai for now. When we launch our Mobile App it will be available on both Apple IOS and Android - we'll let you know.

  • 8. How do I update the app to the latest version?
     

    The web app gets updates automatically - so there's no need for auto-updates or manually check for updates in on your phone.

  • 9. Does the app support voice commands or hands-free use?
     

    The early beta won’t have voice activation yet — but the full product will let you speak job notes, status updates, and job prep items straight into the app.

    You’ll also be able to capture info using your camera or normal text.

  • 10. Can I use the app while on a job site with poor signal?
     

    You can start a job in Jomate even without reception.
    You’ll still be able to take photos and jot down notes while offline.
    AI processing won’t run until you're back online — but once you reconnect, Jomate will pick up where you left off and finish the AI report for you.

  • 11. How do I access help or support if I get stuck?
     

    Tap the "Help" button (bottom left corner) in the app or visit the support section on our website. Our Customer Service team are available between 9am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday), and if you need urgent out of hours support, our AI Chatbot Support Assistant is available 24 x 7!
